In short

AI2Market builds AI agents for four jobs: a founder agent, a support agent, an appointment setter and a reactivation specialist. Each one says it is an AI, works only from facts you approve, and logs every conversation in your CRM. Most businesses start with one.

Founder agent (example name: JAI-me)

Speaks for your business in the words you approve: what you do, who it is for and how to get started. It can use a custom voice, including one modeled on yours if you give written consent and the voice platform supports it. It always introduces itself as an AI assistant, and it books time with you when a caller is ready.

Support agent (example name: Allie)

Answers common questions any time from your approved facts: hours, location, services and policies. When something needs a person, it takes a message and hands it to your team with the full conversation attached.

Appointment setter (example name: John)

Responds to new inquiries, asks the few qualifying questions you choose and books into your calendar. It calls back only leads who agreed to be called; everyone else gets a text or email and a callback task for your team.

Reactivation specialist (example name: Zoe)

Reaches past inquiries and former customers who agreed to hear from you, with short, friendly messages. Anyone who replies goes to your team, and anyone who says STOP is never contacted again.

How they work together

All four run in one CRM. Every call, text and chat is logged with a recording or transcript and a short summary, your team gets an alert when a person is needed, and any agent can trigger a follow-up text or email.

Names, voices and languages

The names above are examples. You choose each agent's name, voice and tone, in English or Spanish. A voice modeled on a real person is used only with that person's written consent. Whatever the name or voice, every agent tells people it is an AI.

What none of them will do

  • Pretend to be a person.
  • Give medical, legal or financial advice.
  • Make up an answer that is not in your approved facts.
  • Ask for card numbers, Social Security numbers or dates of birth.
  • Keep contacting someone who asked it to stop.

Questions owners ask

Do I need all four?
No. Most businesses start with one, usually the support agent or the appointment setter, and add others later.
Can it sound like me?
With your written consent, and where the voice platform supports it, yes. It still says it is an AI.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. Each agent can answer in English or Spanish.
What does it cost?
Jamie gives you a written quote after a free 15-minute call. It depends on your call volume, your list and which roles you want.
