Questions owners ask
- Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
- Yes. The agent says so in its first sentence, and says the call is recorded. On calls it places, it also names your business and offers a way to opt out. We don't build agents that pretend to be people.
- What happens when the agent can't help a caller?
- It takes a message with the name, number and best time to call back, and your team gets an alert. It can transfer the call to a person if you want that. It never guesses at an answer that isn't in your approved facts.
- Can it book appointments?
- It can book into a calendar in your AI2Market account, or take a booking request for your team to confirm. Which one fits depends on the scheduling software you use. We check that on the first call.
- What is database reactivation, honestly?
- A short run of messages to people who already gave your business their contact details and agreed to hear from you. Some will reply. Many won't. Results depend on how old the list is, how it was collected and what you offer.
- What do I need to have in place legally?
- Your business must have consent to text or call the people on its list. AI calls tell the person they are speaking with an AI assistant, and outbound AI calls go only to people who agreed to them in writing. Opt-outs are honored on every channel. Your business is responsible for following the TCPA and for A2P 10DLC registration before it sends texts. AI2Market helps you set that up. It doesn't remove the obligation, and this isn't legal advice.
- We are a health practice. Is this HIPAA compliant?
- Not by default. HIPAA-related setup is only possible with a signed Business Associate Agreement and features confirmed as covered, both in writing before launch.
