AI2Market Terms of Use
Effective date: October 18, 2026
Agreement
These Terms cover your use of ai2market.com and our related sites (ai2marketvoice.com, ai2marketaivoice.com, ai2markets.com, ai2marketai.com, ainlpagents.com, aiagent2aimarket.com, ai2dental.com and ai2doctor.com), including our forms, AI chat assistant, AI voice agent, booking calendar, calls and texts. By using the sites, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the sites. AI2Market is run by Jamie Mentzer in Laguna Beach, California. "We" and "us" mean AI2Market.
Who may use the sites
You must be at least 18. The sites are for business owners and their teams who are looking at marketing services. When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate, that the mobile number is yours or you are authorized to use it, and that you are allowed to act for the business you name.
SMS and AI calls
Program: AI2Market calls and texts about your request and AI2Market services, such as follow-ups, meeting confirmations, reminders and information about our services.
How you join: only by checking the separate consent box on one of our forms. By checking it, you agree that AI2Market may call and text the mobile number you gave, including calls that use an AI-generated voice and automated texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply.
How to stop: Reply STOP to any text. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and then stop. To stop calls, tell our voice agent, reply STOP to a text, or email jamie@ai2market.com. You can also opt out in any other reasonable way, and we'll honor it.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us so we don't contact the number's new owner.
We will not share or sell your mobile information or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our AI chat and voice agent
Our chat assistant and voice agent are AI, and they say so. Calls may be recorded, and the voice agent tells you at the start of the call. If you don't want to be recorded, tell the agent or end the call. AI can make mistakes. Prices, timelines and other details an AI agent gives you are not binding until AI2Market confirms them in a written proposal or agreement. Please don't share passwords, payment card numbers or patient health information in chat, texts or calls.
Services and payments
Information on the sites is general and may change. Any paid service is covered by a separate proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Booking a meeting does not create a contract for services.
No guaranteed results
We work hard for our clients, but we don't promise any specific number of leads, calls, sales, rankings or revenue. Examples on the sites are illustrations, not promises. Nothing on the sites is legal, tax, financial or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your own marketing, including the rules that apply to your profession.
Intellectual property
The sites and their content, design, scripts and logos belong to AI2Market or its licensors. You may view the sites and share links to them. You may not copy, resell or reuse our content without our written permission. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse our forms, chat or voice agent; submit someone else's phone number or false information; try to hack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the sites or our AI agents; or use the sites to send spam or break the law. We may block access to anyone who does.
Third-party services
The sites rely on third-party tools, such as our CRM, scheduling and video-meeting providers, and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Disclaimers
The sites and our AI tools are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AI2Market will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the sites. Our total liability for any claim about the sites is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. These limits don't change the terms of any separate service agreement.
Your responsibility
You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs AI2Market suffers because you misused the sites or broke these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
California law governs these Terms. Before filing a claim, please email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute about the sites will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we agree to those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version on our sites with a new effective date, and the changes apply from that date. We won't use a change to these Terms to expand the calls or texts you agreed to without asking you again.
