Wake up the list you already have
Old leads and past customers already gave you their details. A short, polite campaign asks if they still want what you offer.
In short
Database reactivation is a short campaign to the old leads and past customers already on your list. AI2Market sends texts and emails, and AI calls where the person agreed to them. Replies go to your team. Opt-outs are honored. Results depend on the quality of the list, and no result is promised.
What it is
Database reactivation means contacting people who are already in your records: leads who never booked and customers who haven't been back. It isn't cold outreach, and we don't buy lists.
How a campaign runs
1. Check the list
We look at where each contact came from and what they agreed to. Contacts without consent to be texted or called are left out of that channel.
2. Write the messages
Short texts and emails in your voice, with your real offer or no offer at all. You approve every word.
3. Send in small batches
A small group first. We watch replies and opt-outs before sending more.
4. Route the replies
A yes goes to your team as an alert, or onto your calendar. Questions get answered. Every message carries a way to opt out.
5. AI calls, only with consent
Where a contact agreed in writing to AI calls, the agent can call, say it is an AI, and offer a time. Everyone else gets a text, an email or a call from your team.
What to expect
Some people reply. Many don't. A clean, recent list of people who chose to hear from you does better than an old export of unknown origin. We don't promise a number of bookings or an amount of revenue. You see every reply and every opt-out.
What you need
- A list you collected yourself.
- Consent to text or call the people on it.
- Texting registration (A2P 10DLC) in your business name before any texts go out. We help you set that up. The legal responsibility stays with your business.
Pricing and setup time are quoted in writing after a free 15-minute call.
Not sure your list is usable?
