AI2Market Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AI2Market collects through ai2market.com and our related sites (ai2marketvoice.com, ai2marketaivoice.com, ai2markets.com, ai2marketai.com, ainlpagents.com, aiagent2aimarket.com, ai2dental.com and ai2doctor.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. AI2Market is run by Jamie Mentzer in Laguna Beach, California. "We" and "us" mean AI2Market.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your first name, business name, mobile number, email address and business type when you fill out a form; what you type into our chat or say on a call; and the details you enter when you book a meeting.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the site that sent you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM codes). Cookies and similar tools collect some of this.
Calls and chats: when you talk with our AI voice agent or AI chat assistant, we keep a recording or transcript of the conversation.
Please don't send patient health information, passwords or payment card numbers through our forms, chat, texts or calls.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request and follow up about AI2Market services; to make the calls and send the texts you agreed to; to schedule meetings and send reminders; to keep records of your consent and opt-out choices; to improve our sites, scripts and AI agents; and to protect our sites from fraud and misuse and meet our legal duties.
Text messages and AI calls
If you check the consent box on our form, AI2Market may call and text the mobile number you gave us about your request and AI2Market services, including calls that use an AI-generated voice and automated texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also stop calls by telling our voice agent or emailing jamie@ai2market.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and within 10 business days at most.
We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as the platform and carriers that deliver our messages, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
Call and chat recording
Our AI voice agent tells you at the start of each call that it is an AI and that the call may be recorded. If you don't want to be recorded, tell the agent or end the call, and email us so we can help another way. When a person from AI2Market records a call, we tell you at the start. Our chat assistant is also AI and says so.
Who we disclose information to
We do not sell or share your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers that help us run our business under contract (such as our CRM, messaging and phone platform, website host, scheduling, email and analytics providers), and only for the work they do for us; when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and property; to a buyer or successor if the business is sold or transferred, subject to this policy and excluding SMS opt-in data and consent; or with your permission.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep the sites and chat working, remember your choices and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of selling or sharing; because we don't sell or share, nothing else changes. Our sites don't respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who we disclosed it to; to give you a copy; to correct it; and to delete it. You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we don't sell or share it) and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only as needed to provide our services). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
In the last 12 months, we collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, phone number, IP address); professional information (business name and type); commercial information (services you asked about or bought); internet activity (pages viewed, links clicked, UTM tags); audio and electronic information (call recordings, chat transcripts); and inferences about your interest in our services. We collected them from you, your device and our service providers, for the purposes listed under "How we use it," and disclosed each category only to service providers for those purposes.
To make a request, email jamie@ai2market.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We'll confirm your identity by matching information we already have and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission.
Data retention
We keep lead and customer records while we have an active relationship and for up to 3 years after our last contact. We keep call recordings and chat transcripts for up to 12 months, unless we need them longer to resolve a dispute or meet a legal duty. We keep records of your consent and opt-out choices for at least 5 years, so we can show your choices were honored. After that, we delete or de-identify the information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee the security of your information. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Children
Our sites are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version on our sites with a new effective date. If we make a material change to how we use information we already have, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
